HOA Approved Regulations
Section 2.02 of the Covenants provides that "The Association shall have the authority to make and enforce regulations pertaining to the use and maintenance of the Common Area, which regulations shall be binding upon the Members of the Association and all residents of the Villas."
KSA 58-4617 (Kansas Uniform Common Interest Owners Bill of Rights Act) also provides for the Association to be able to adopt Rules and Regulations. The process for adoption any Rule or Regulation is set for in Article 7 of the Bylaws.
