Later, both sets of covenants were amended to make all Villa lots and all Single Family lots subject to the same set of covenants, although the covenants are set forth in two different documents. Generally, if you read one set of covenants for either the Villa lots or the Single Family lots, you will have read the covenants that apply to all of Remington Place.
