When Remington Place was first being platted by the developers, the Villa lots had separate covenants, and the Single Family lots had separate covenants. Later, both sets of covenants were amended to make all Villa lots and all Single Family lots subject to the same set of covenants, although the covenants are set forth in two different documents. Generally, if you read one set of covenants for either the Villa lots or the Single Family lots, you will have read the covenants that apply to all of Remington Place.

The following documents that are linked to this website are conformed copies that contain all amendments to the original covenants, as well as the amendment history. The language that is stricken through are portions of the covenants that do not apply because S & P has turned over operations to the Association.
