Catch and Release Fishing
:
All fishing from the ponds in the Common Areas are Catch and Release only. Here are some tips:
  • Don't keep a fish out of water longer than you can hold your breath.
  • Using barbless hooks.
  • Use only artificial bait  (no live bait or prepared baits).
  • Never tear a hook out of the fish.
  • If a fish loses consciousness, try to revive it by gently moving it forward and backward so water moves through its gills.
  • When the fish begins to struggle and can swim, let it go.
Canine Cleanup: All dogs in Common Areas must be under control by means of being on leash at all times (the owner or handler must be in possession of one leash per dog at all times). The owner or handler of any dog is to remove fecal matter deposited by their animal on any Common Areas or Lot before the owner leaves the immediate area where the fecal matter was deposited. The owner or handler of any dog must have in their possession the equipment necessary to remove their dog’s fecal matter when accompanied by said dog on any Common Areas or Lot. Certified service dogs are exempt from this policy. (Adopted by the Board on September 23, 2009)

Feeding Waterfowl Prohibited: The intentional feeding of waterfowl in and around any of the ponds in the Common Areas is hereby prohibited.
