The developer of Remington Place was S & P Developers, LLC. Pursuant Section 1.06 of the Restrictive Covenants that S & P recorded against the four additions of Remington Place, S & P retained control of the operations of Remington Place until it decided to turnover operation thereof to the Remington Place Master Owner's Association. That could not occur until, at the earliest, the Association was created. The Association was finally created as a non-profit corporation under Kansas law on November 8, 2007.
