Section 5.02.
Form of Plans and Specifications. Plans and
specifications submitted to the DRC shall be in such form and shall contain
such information as may be required by the DRC, but in any event shall include
a site plan and drainage plan for the Lot or Lots showing the nature, exterior
color scheme, kind, shape, height, materials, and location with respect to the
particular Lot or Lots (including proposed front, rear, and side set-backs) of
all structures, the location thereof with reference to structures on adjoining
portions of the property, appropriate drainage, and the number and location of
all parking spaces and driveways on the Lot or Lots.
