Section 3.04.
Interest on Delinquent Assessments. All
assessment charges of the Association that remain due and unpaid thirty (30)
days after they are due shall thereafter be subject to interest at the rate of
eighteen percent (18%) per annum or at such other rate as may be
established from time to time by the Board.
