Section 1.06. Initial Operation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.05, the initial operation of the Remington Place Master Owners Association, and the appointment of members of the Design Review Committee pursuant to Section 5.08 hereof, shall be by Declarant until such time as Declarant turns over the operation thereof to the Association.
