Bank Accounts.
Since July 1, 2009, separate bank accounts are maintained for the Commons & Villas revenues and expenses. Dues payments from Villas homeowners are deposited into the Villas account.  The Commons portion of the Villas payment is transferred to the Commons account.

Homeowner dues
2010 dues for Single Family homeowners will be $660 ($330 in January & July).  2010 dues for Villas homeowners will be $1,560 ($390 in January, April, July & October). Select this link for a history of the amount of homeowners dues for prior years.
 
Select this link for an accounts receivable report for homeowner dues. This report will show the aging of unpaid homeowners dues by 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and greater than 90 days. It will also show the total amount owed. This report will be updated periodically.
