Section 6.01. Structures. All homes may only be used as residences. Also see section 6.27.
Section 6.02. Division of Lots. There are 146 lots, and that number cannot be increased by subdividing a lot.
Section 6.03. Antennas. Exterior antennas are restricted.
Section 6.06. Exempt Property. No Lot is exempt from HOA assessments.
Section 6.08. Lawns and Trees. Some trees are sacred.
Section 6.09. Animals. We are not a farm or zoo, and dogs must be kept fenced or on a lease.
Section 6.10. Signs. Signs are not permitted except for customary real estate broker signs.
Section 6.11. Temporary Buildings/Modular Homes. We are not a trailer park.
Section 6.12. No Storage: Trash. Let's keep the place clean and trash bins hidden.
Section 6.13. Utilities: Pipes. We can't mine for gold or drill for oil.
Section 6.15. Motor Vehicles: Garages. Don't drive on the grass or sidewalks.
Section 6.16. Sight Lines. Trees, fences and shubs are not allowed to block sight lines.
Section 6.19. Home Professions and Industries. Business activity that attracts customers is a no no. Also, see section 6.01.

Section 6.21. Laundry and Machinery. Clothes lines are discouraged.Â
